  Service is usually great here but not tonight. The hostess is trying to not only do her job but clean and bus tables as well. Our server must be new because she's very slow and instead of making rounds to all her customers, she goes from one table to the back; another table and to the back; and so on and so forth. Even though there's a big party being taken care of, I expect better service. This restaurant is considered our "old faithful" but the last two visits have been disappointing.

  Ordered a $16.99 sirloin and shrimp entree. Was charged an additional $.99 and $3.49 for "premium sides" (with no mention of this at ordering). The manager was hesitant to help, he ended up bringing me a $5 bill to comp the difference. We also had to send 2 orders back for them not being cooked correctly. They came out well done again. We decided to just eat it to save some face... after the meal is over when I complained about the prices, the manager finally told us the meal we had sent back only comes with well done steak?? Not going back to this location anytime soon. $100+ spent between our group and no apology about the meal being so messed up, or the extra charges. He just handed me a $5 bill and walked away. **I WILL GIVE THEM CREDIT FOR THE $10 MARGARITA, IT WAS VERY STRONG AND TASTED GREAT!
