  My family decided to have wings for dinner since it was National Wing Day. Beef O Brady's was having a deal with buy 20 wings get 10 wings for free. I called Beef O Brady's twice to place an order to go. Nobody would pick up the phone. I decided to drive to Beef O Brady's to see what was up. Was the place busy or had it closed? The place was busy so I placed an order to go. It took about 25 minutes to get my order. I had to stand behind the bar while waiting for my order. It would have been nice to call my order in and pick it up. Instead I had to wait in a crowded and hot restaurant. I understand that the place was busy since it was National Wing Day BUT it seems to me there would have been additional people working that day since it was National Wing Day. And ignoring the phone is bad for business (IMO). The wings were good but getting them was kind of aggravating.
