It's cozy however each time I come here I feel offended by the lack of patience the staff on the second floor have. Some of the employees have attitude and are snooty there. I didn't feel welcome and although the items are quality and environment is good. I haven't found myself going back just because of the lack of customer service. Too bad... the coffee was really good. It's not cheap but it is of good quality. This place just needs "happier" employees.July 11, 2016
