  Very rude I ask questions concern drink and I could hear the person getting upset cause I asking questions. I almost drove off, but I needed my coffee never again. The drive through person was so rude she kept making taken deep breaths and then pass me to someone else, I felt horrible.... I just wanted to know what kind of milk was in the drink sad never again will I go there. To earlier in the morning for the negativity.

  They were out of large coffee lids, so they gave us our large coffees in medium cups. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they hadn't still charged us for a large and told us up front, instead of handing it to us and seeing if we would notice.. also I lingered for a bit before paying to see if the cashier was going to tell me my total (I find it extremely rude when the cashier does not inform you of how much money you're about to pay). She didn't tell me the amount, just told me to swipe my card. Only thing getting them 2 stars is the fact that the donuts and coffee were actually pretty good for dunkin, too bad the service was awful.

  They should honestly just close this store. I've had multiple unpleasant experiences here. Number one, every time we go they have closed early for the day, with no reasoning... just closed. Other times we go and the employees are smoking weed right by the front door. Another time the employees were just extremely rude and took forever to even acknowledge my presence. Horrible customer service and no professionalism whatsoever. Just shut down. There's no point.
